Making Social Media a Priority for Sport Organizations
Investigated the use of Social Media by Canadian National Sport Organizations to build brand awareness, reach and engage with target audiences. Reviewed and analyzed interview data to distill themes prevalent across Canadian sport system discovering organizations are active across multiple platforms with different benefits in mind, and closely integrating social media into organizational strategies.
